By purchasing or using the Review Ninja System™, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients using our platform, including demo access, active subscription plans, and follow-up services provided by The Marketing Ninjas.

2. Service Description

Review Ninja is a review request and reputation management tool that allows businesses to:

• Collect customer feedback

• Route happy customers to leave a Google review

• Route unhappy customers to private feedback

• Capture customer contact information

• Use CRM+ tools for tracking and follow-up

• Receive signage with custom QR codes

Optional services include:

• Monthly marketing email automation

• Review response support

• Printed signage delivery or shipping

3. Subscription & Payments

• All subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise noted.

• Plans start at $97/month and may vary based on features selected.

• Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

• If your payment fails or is past due, service may be paused until payment is received.

4. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on monthly subscriptions. You may cancel at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period.

5. Cancelation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [your email] or logging into your account. There are no contracts or cancellation fees.

6. Custom QR Signage

Clients located in or near [your local city, e.g. Bartlesville, OK] may receive hand-delivered signage. All other clients will have signage shipped to their business address. Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery.
